Mr. Russo brings 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in Argentina, mainly in YPF SA, largest integrated oil company of Argentina, and most recently working as Field Development manager for Baker Hughes. His previous roles include General Manager of YPF SP, a drilling company owned by YPF Argentina, leading more than 500 employees in operating 15 Rigs including full responsibility and duties involving operation, safety, engineering, purchasing and finance. Mr. Russo also worked as Operations Manager, responsible for Loma La Lata production area; the most important gas field in Argentina, which is the field located over the Vaca Muerta shale reservoir. During his time on this role, YPF explored and assessed conventional and unconventional reservoirs to finally recognized the productive potential of the Vaca Muerta Shale. At the same time he started the massive development of Tight Gas in Sierra Barrosa.
Pablo Gastón Carabajal

Mr. Carabajal has more than 17 years of financial planning and accounting track record with equitable strong reputation not only in the oil & gas industry where he has been worked for the last 10 years, also within the technology, logistic and automotive industry.
In his last role as Finance Manager he had responsibility for repositioning his company in the local Capital Markets. He worked in Central Resources Inc. were he previously served as Strategic Planning Manager with an active involvement in the decision making process about working capital, budgeting and investment of idle funds; as well as Corporate Controller. After that, he became the Finance Manager of the company, driving investor relations, multi-investor integration to transactions, financial models and terms.
Mr. Carabajal graduated with a high academic performance from Buenos Aires University where he received his Bachelor in Accounting and Business Administration. Additionally he received its Master´s Degree in Finance from the University of CEMA in 2010.
Henk Van Alphen
Mr. Van Alphen is a mining executive with 35 years of experience. He has been the Chief Officer and President of Wealth Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: WML) since 2005. He served as the Managing Director of Corporate Strategic Initiatives at Cardero Resource Corp. from November 9, 2011 to March 19, 2013; as Chief Executive Officer of Cardero Resource Corp. from May 14, 2001 to November 9, 2011, as its President from April 10, 2000 to June 1, 2011, and as its President and CEO since March 2013. He was an exploration contractor, then as President, of Pacific Rim Mining Corp. During his tenure as President, he laid the foundation for Pacific Rim becoming a successful South American based resource company. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Balmoral Resources Ltd since April 2010. He served as Vice-President of Corriente Resources Inc., from 1994 to 2001. He served as Chairman of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd., from September 22, 2006 to November 17, 2011. He serves or has served as a Director of a number of public mining companies, including Centenera Mining Corporation, Indico Resources Ltd., Ethos Capital Corp., Wealth Minerals Ltd., Cardero Resource Corp., Trevali Resources Corp., Athlone Energy Ltd., Trevali Mining Corporation and Balmoral Resources Ltd.
Mr. Kopple is an experienced investor, businessman, and lawyer. He is a founder of and a senior partner in a law firm based in Los Angeles, California where he specializes in estate planning, taxation, and business law. He also manages interests in real estate and operating companies, and provides financing to public and privately-held companies. Mr. Kopple received a B.A. in 1965 and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 1967 from DePaul University in Chicago, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1968.
