Jagercor announces Options Granted

Jagercor Energy Corp.  (JEM:CSE)  (the "Company" or "Jagercor")  wishes to announce that it has granted incentive stock options to directors and officers of the Company for the right to purchase up to an aggregate of 5,000,000 common shares of the Company, exercisable at the price of $0.05 per share for five years.  The stock options are granted in accordance with the Company’s Stock Option Plan, which was approved by the shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting on December 19, 2016, and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The Company is evaluating its business options in Argentina, to partner and develop some O&G properties focused in underinvested acreage.
